- TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM, 101 Mervis Hall
- TOPIC: Language, culture, and history of the country, project description
- SUNDAY, MARCH 29, 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM, 1700 Posvar Hall
- TOPIC: Study Abroad contracts/health, safety, and security; Plus 3 Code of Conduct; How to Write a Journal
- TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM, 101 Mervis Hall
- TOPIC: Presentations on Viet Nam and your company; specific travel plans, language, and procedures
